Halloween

Well another busy couple weeks at our house.This past weekend we ran in our first family 5k for breast cancer.The kids did so good!!Hailey and Chris ran almost a mile without stoping!!Evan and I walked his asthma is still flaring up a bit!And we all finished in just under a hour!!
We also went to a Fall Festival on base and it was wonderful!Kids made out on candy and played tons of games!
We also made the big leap and got Koda fixed this past week.He is having a hard time with not being able to be active for 10 days.But hopefully this will settle him down a bit and make him a little less crazy!!
Chris and I also moved some of Lily's stuff upstairs to Hailey's room.Were going to have to move it around again but she is super excited to have her in her room!!And to read her books!Evan said he is going to teach her to wrestle!!

This week was busy.With Chris having to volenteer everyday he was off for fire prevention it kept us all busy.

Hailey had another great game this week and got in the middle of things and got a couple good plays in and is showing some good progress.I still Im not sold that she is a action sport kind of kid but we will see!!

Friday night was a fun night though.It was our first Fire Ball in a really long time!Chris was able to get someone to come in for him so we got all dressed up and dropped the kids off and hit the town well the officers club!It was a great dinner with friends and dancing(mostly Chris I tweaked my back earlier in the day) all in all a great night!

Saturday was full of more volenteer work for Chris.He was in charge of the grill for the open house at the fire station.While the the kiddos and I stayed home and watched the fire truck parade.Koda really got a kick out of that!First time he ever heard the trucks that close.He barked the whole time at them....lol

Hopefully this week isnt as full and maybe a little more mellow but probably not....

Last week was a busy week!Evan is doing wrestling every sat morning and he loves it.He also had his first sleepover Sat night!He had so much fun and we will be doing it again soon!He also decided on Wendsday that he wanted to take his training wheels off!Chris and I were both shocked and amazed that he took them off and started riding!We are so proud and cant believe how big he is getting.
Hailey had another indoor soccer game last week and is doing really well.Chris is coaching again and she is really enjoying it.She is also super close to loosing her two front teeth we are working on them so it should be any day!!
Chris had a pub crawl with some of his friends on Friday night for one of the guys that will be leaving the base soon.They all had a great time!I also hit 19 weeks last week and am starting to feel alot better.No more morning sickness and starting to get some energy back.We are slowly collecting baby stuff and are really excited to get everything put together.I will also be making all of our baby bedding.I have a couple great friends here that are going to help my sew.Cant wait to learn how I have tons of projects in my head that I can make!

Busy Summer

We have had a very busy summer.A trip to Cali,a visit from Chris,Steve and my mom.Hailey starting 1st grade and Evan starting preschool!We are getting so close to the big move we have one week till the movers come and then two weeks after that we should be in England!And then let the adventure begin!

Well its been a busy couple weeks.I took the kids to Disney on Ice last weekend and we all had a blast.

Hailey has had about 3 games and is loving the season so far.She is anxiously awaiting the end of school and her bday(she knows Chris is going to be home for it).

And Evan is signed up for PRESCHOOL!He will go 5days a week for a couple hrs till we leave for England and then we will hopefully be able to get him in something over there.He is super excited and doing really well on his potty training.

I am starting to go through things for the big move and see what we can live without or we have out grown.And start getting our paperwork together for over there.Oh and I had a accident a couple weeks ago with the kitchen knife when I was making soup and my friend ended up having to take me to the ER!I am fine and now I just use my chopper!

I thought I would try this to stay in better touch with everyone!I can post pics and keep you all up to date on whats going on here!
Well its hitting spring and were all excited for it to warm up!We are getting ready for an exciting summer as well.Full of soccer,a trip to California to visit the Couvertte Family,Haileys 6thbday and another visit from Chris.And maybe some other family :) And then a early start to school.Hailey will be starting the 1st grade in early Aug.And then the big MOVE acrossed the pond!
